At Carmel Carpets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your rug to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully roll the rug and wrap it in its original protective packaging or an equivalent heavy-duty plastic to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  We will coordinate a professional courier to collect the package from your home at a scheduled time that is convenient for you.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
